Premium but can not download playlists

Hello,

I payed for premium today. I have spotify on my Windows phone and I would like to listen playlists offline. But I can not download any because when I open some "discover" playlist it only shows "shuffle all". Only in my playlist it shows "available offline".

All the others premium things work - no advertisment, I can switch to un-shuffle etc.

Do you know where the problem is? Can you please help me?

I am quite sad that I payed and cant listen those awsome discover playlists 😞

Hi there welcome to the community,

You should follow a playlist before you are able to offline sync the playlist. After that the "Available offline" toggle should appear.
