Premium for Family invitations not being recieved

Premium for Family invitations not being recieved

I recently upgraded to Premium for Family to share with my brother, but when I send the email invites for joining the plan they're not recieved. We've attempted this dozens of times with several email addresses but the invites were never seen.


My brother logs into Spotify using his Facebook account and we assumed that would be the right address to direct the invite to. How should I proceed from here? I've seen moderators answer this question by suggesting inviting via a direct link but not actually post the URL anywhere.

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?
