My Question or Issue

I just recieved an email of a fan presale for the Volbeat tour with a code. This is supposed to be aimed for frequent listeners.

My question now is, is this legit? Never seen any of these mails. I was gonna try to buy tickets tomorrow anyway but if this is true it would be much easier. Will these tickets be valid at the gate of the concert?

If you mean the #FansFirst emails - yep, they are legit! You can read more about this feature here. If you click on it they usually redirect you to a page where you can officially buy tickets which will be available at the gate.

Hey @Philippe1993, I'm sorry, I meant "valid", not "available". My bad!

However, for more specific infos I'd recommend you looking at the page where the tickets are being sold.
