Pressing play starts playlist BASED ON current list

Anytime I go to a playlist, whether it be curated or an user created one, and select play, Spotify will always instead play "Playlist based on" the playlist I chose. If I click it a second time, then it will play the correct list. 

Is there something to toggle?

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• When did this start happening?
• Is this on all playlists?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
