Problem streaming on Sonos

Problem streaming on Sonos

I don't need any devices reset. I am trying to get spotify to stream on Sonos. Paid for Premium upgrade, follows the Sonos procedures with no luck. Contacted Sonos--they actually have a customer service department, contrary to spotifty. They were able to stream their spotify account via my Sonos system, hence the problem is with spotify.
I have had zero luck contacting anyone at spotify. They were very quick to accept credit card payment, not at all responsive in addressing my problem.

What error message are you getting when you try and stream to Sonos?

Unable to browse music

Two things to check:

- Your account is definitely showing as premium (not unlimited) on your online account

- Do you have a Spotify username style account or was your account created using Facebook?

It is definitely set up online as a premium account.

I set it up via a username.

I'm going to escalate this for someone at Spotify to look into for you, but it most likely won't be until tomorrow.

In the mean time its worth trying changing your Spotify password and then reauthorizing your account via Sonos to see if that makes any difference?
