Problema con HomePod

Problema con HomePod

Tengo un HomePod mini y no me permite conectar y reproducir música de la aplicación con una instrucción de Siri, solo se permite conexión con AirPlay. ¿Existe alguna configuración?

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. 

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. First, I’d suggest that you reset your router by unplugging it from power > waiting a couple of minutes > plugging it back.  If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? You can create a hotspot on your phone and use that. 

 

If the same happens with a different network, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account in your devices to check if they can replicate this behavior? This will help me determine if the issue is account-related.
