Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community.

 

If you're getting charged, but the Premium plan was canceled it could be related to a failed payment or a secondary account subscribed by mistake. First, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article to see if you can recover your Premium features.

 

However, if the issue persists, it could be account-related. In this case, since we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
