Problems Syncing Local Files to iPhone App

I've followed all the instructions given in the forums and the site directly. I have several local files which are synced, over and over again, and still will not play on my phone's app, even when plugged into my computer while they're both open on the same wifi. I've had nothing but good experiences with Spotify but this is quite frustrating.

Are you getting any error messages, or are the songs just greyed out?

What OS/Spotify version are you using?

It's worth trying a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify, might refresh everything.

If you're having trouble syncing the offline files as in they're still greyed out on your phone, try the following:

1) Run Spotify on your computer as an administrator.

2) Make sure both Spotify applications are in the foreground and not in offline mode.

3) Temporarily disable your AV/Firewall, as these sometimes stop the 2 from connecting. Or, create an exception for spotify.exe on TCP inbound/outbound.
