Problems by becoming a part of a Spotify Family

I got an invite from one of my family members to join the spotify Family - and when I press Accept Invite, I have to fulfill information about my name an address. When I have done this and press SUBMIT, The only things which happens is that is writing: 4 - Oops something went wrong, please try again. I have now tried 20 times and got my Family member so send me the mail again. The other three has joined so im the only one who can't get connected. And I have checked on my account that I'm not signed up for anything else - i'm only on Spotify Free

How do I become a memeber!
