Problems with audio of Astroqueen - Superhuman God

don't know where exactly to go with this problem...

The song Astroqueen - Superhuman God (maybe the complete album Into Submission) seems to have some problems with its encoding. Every few seconds there is a slight forward/backward(?) jump during playback. Like sliding along a scratch on an LP. Can someone from staff please have a look at this?

Is there a better place to post this issue? I couldn't find a way to directly contact Spotify staff. No email, no contact form, nothing. Rather disappointing 😞
