I have had Spotify for about two months and play it on my Sonos. There have been no problems until last Friday, 21 December, when Spotify stopped playing due to an apparent connectivity problem. I am still able to play Songl and internet radio. It is only Spotify that is effected. I have tried the obvious trouble-shooting methods, including updating my Sonos software and turning off my modem and all Sonos components and then turning them on sequentially. I have also checked that there are not conflicts between my modem and wireless phones etc. All to no avail.
I talked with Chris at Sonos in Sydney this morning and he informs me that the Sonos side of this issue seems to be OK, but that there is a problem with Spotify that many others are experiencing in Australia, which began on Thursday or Friday. I am unable to contact anyone at Spotify Technical Support in Sydney.
Can anyone help me out with this matter? I really enjoy listening to Spotify and hope to listen again soon. I am a premium member and pay 11.99 AUD per month to enjoy the product.
