Quando vou ouvir uma música ela fica falhando o problema não é no aparelho pois em outro aplicativo tipo YouTube funciona normal.

Could you tell us more about your issue? On which device does it occur and what is it's OS version? 
Do the songs not play or does the app freeze and crash?
 

If other apps work well, have you tried any troubleshooting so far?
I would recommend following these steps to clean your cached data first.

If that doesn't do the trick, you can go for a complete clean reinstall instead 🙂

We would also recommend testing this out with a different internet connection, as well as lowering the streaming quality in the app's settings to check if that makes a difference. In case you're phone's connected to an external device when this is happening, via Bluetooth for example, it might be worth disconnecting from it temporarily to see if the issue persists.

To rule out any device- or account-issues, it'd be really helpful if you can ask a friend or relative to log in their own account on your phone and test this out. You can also log in your account on a different device to check.
