Question re saving songs on desktop

Is there an upper limit to the number of songs that can be saved to 'my library' on the desktop app (by clicking the + sign)? I know there is a cap of 3,333 songs per device but I'm not sure how this applies to the pc. Thanks for your help.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I haven't 'downloaded' or made available offline any playlists but the Spotify data folder is showing over 10GB so something is being stored there. Totally confused 🙂
