Together with a friend im giving a presentation to educate our co-workers about the Spotify Model. We have a few questions about it, hopefully someone @ spotify is able to anwser them.

1. What are your activities at Spotify and how is the Model implemented in your daily activities?

3. What do you think are the most important advantages and disadvantages of the Spotify Model?
4. What do you do during the hack days? And what does a typical hack day look like?
5. Can you tell us about the way you work with the Quarterly Surveys?
6. Can you tell us about the way Guilds work at Spotify?
7. What are the most important changes in the way of working at Spotify in the last few years?
8. What are the most important developments in the field?
9. Do you have a funny story to share with us about the way you work at Spotify?
10. What is in your opinion the most important thing to know about the Spotify Model?
