My Question or Issue

why are the songs in the queue don't match as in the playlist?

it's only occur if i sort them by Artist and Album

the visual is right but when i play them the song keep jumping randomly

it's very irritating

Thanks for the reply.

 

Is the issue now resolved or is it still happening on your PC?

 

If so can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps in this guide exactly. This will clear out all app data and will assure you're running the latest app version.

 

Let us know how you get on.

Would you mind letting us know if this is still happening after restarting the app? Does it occur when you log into your account using a different device? 

 

Also, let us know if this happens with the desktop app or the web player. We'll take a better look.

i already re-install the desktop app but it's still happening

also i never had this problem if i use spotify on my phone
the only solution for this that i found is to re-add all the songs and suddenly it fixed itself
