Could you elaborate a bit more on what exactly the issue is? Are you trying to access your Duo account but not able to do so? Or are you perhaps logging into your account and finding out that your Duo subscription is missing. Check your receipts page and see what you find there. If the payments have been unsuccessful and the account has been reverted to free, you can just resubscribe

 

If you don't see any payments, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
