Radio/Playlist bugs/suggestions

Hi. I've found the following problems:

Radio

• When you start a radio from a song that is currently playing, the song will stop and start again, but this time inside the radio. This should not happen and the song should continue uninterrupted.
• When you try to thumbs up a song that has nearly ended, if the request response arrives after the song has switched, the next song will be incorrectly thumbed up.
• There is no way of rating songs that have already ended (think Pandora).
• There is no way of changing your rating on a song.

Playlist

• If you delete a song currently playing from a playlist, then try to play the next, spotify will pause the current one (the song indexes are desynced after deleting).
