Radio needs a massive overhaul

Spotify is an excellent service but radio is bad, really bad, to say the least. Trying to make a comparison with Pandora, Slacker and iHeartradio and the result is that, despite the larger library, with Spotify I always get the same artists, same songs, no variety, no matter how many thumbs up or down. Pandora (even if it has about 1 million songs) is way better...

Please this is an old topic, need to be solved asap.

Hoping things will improve now Echonest is part of Spotify!

Well Echonest has been acquired on March...8 months ago and I still can't see any improvements
