Random artists in recently played

Random artists in recently played

My Question or Issue

So I've been using spotify since 2016, and I've never encountered something as weird as this.
I've been noticing that whenever I'm offline, I get new random artists in my recently played.
I just want to further elaborate that I HAVE NOT listened to any of these artists, and i have no idea who they are.
I noticed that they are all Italian, and they all make house music.
So my friend and I did some digging, and it turns that they are not as random as I initially thought.
They all come from the same record label called 'Eat parade records'.
They all have a decent amounts of listens on spotify (100k - 200k), but when i looked up the song that had over 200k listens on youtube, it had 2 views.
I've since changed my password on spotify, and logged out of everywhere, but it still keeps happening.

So my question is, is this some kind of malware that boosts numbers of certain record labels on spotify or what  is going on with my account?
