MY ACCOUNT WONT LOG IN

I have a similar problem. Recently installed Spotify on my laptop & it works fine. However I recently purchased I new AV receiver with Spotify already installed and cannot login via this although I am using correct  correct name & password.

Do you normally sign in using Facebook? 

If so you need to set a device password to log in 😉

What model/make of AV receiever is it?

AV receiver is Onkyo TX-NR515

You'll need Spotify Premium to be able to log in to your Spotify account on Onkyo.
