Hello,

I have the same problems.
I select a title, connect to the Denon receiver and another title is displayed.

I use a family account.
I change to another account, everything works fine.
But there are problems with the owner's account.

So far I have not found a solution.

I reset the app and reinstalled it.

Different possibilities tried.
Windows 10 PC -> Denon Receiver
Android Devices -> Denon Receiver
>> no connections possible.


A connection from Windows 10 PC to Android device is also not possible. (no spotify-connect available)

Thanks for getting in touch!

 

It's possible that the songs you see is music some other family member was listening to. What happens if you click back and select the song you want to hear again.

Same problem here, spotify connect is broken, and it's saying a pc in my home (which is switched off) is playing music. But no music is being played, in fact I don't even know the song that's playing. It all happend since the spotify update I've installed yesterday. It's really frustrating since spotify connect isn't working right now. 

I already changed my password and logged off all client's using the webinterface but without any success 

 

Tested with Windows 10 notebook/pc, android devices and an iPhone, all suffer the same issue.
