Hi all, my Samsung model UN43AU7090G (purchased in Sept 2023) completely turns off while playing Spotify (not any movies or tv shows) after 2-3 songs. I do not have any updates... Any ideas would be helpful because the constant interruption is frustrating.

Thanks for posting on the Community! We'd love to help.

Could you give the steps under TV app not working? on this page a shot? It's possible that these steps will help in your case.

Shouldn't that do the trick, could you send us some more info on what's happening from your end? For example, are you receiving any error messages? Did you notice if this started happening after a certain update or change to the setup?

If possible, feel free to also include a video showing how things look for you, so that we can have a look as well. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

Each time a song finishes on my TV it pauses for 1-3 seconds, it’s so frustrating. It only happens on my TV. I have premium and when using on my phone, laptop, Ipad, no issues at all. I have the Samsung Q60D. Have reinstalled the app, edited crossfade to attempt to sort it but nothing. Has anyone had any similar problems/ any ideas on how to fix? Would be eternally grateful! 

Song or commercial stops at the end and will not move on to the next song. Will not let me select another song. Only works again for a few minutes after turning everything off and going back into Spotify. Does not do this with phone, only with the tv
