Why does my computer crash when I open the Spotify web player?

using chromebook. crashes after the same video each time. an airing your dirty laundry video then nothing works. destroyed my first computer this is a new one but same issue. What can I do?

Just to confirm, is this happening with both the web player and the Android app version that's available for Chromebook?
