Wrong artist playing when trying to shuffle play Purity Ring

I am having another artist with the same name as mine, Jenn Harris, use my same picture of my album cover to promote her music.  JENN HARRIS comes up under ARTIST search and its MY PICTURE, but JER theatrical music.  I cant pull my music up unless I go to ALBUMS.  Also,  she has taken my album cover picture and  it appears with a circle around it. My album cover appears with a square around it. Is there anyway to correct this? Can my picture be taken off of her music because she is illegally using my likeness to promote her music. So when someone searches my name under ARTISTS, my picture comes up but its HER music....  and her music is TOTALLY different from my country venue.  HELP...... my email is ********@gmail.com
