Re-ordering of tracks in a playlist still not available?

I just bought the Premium membership, only to find that there is no way to order tracks inside playlists. This makes Spotify not good enough to pay for in my opinion, and I see from other posts that people have been asking for this for the last 3 years.

I just want to confirm that this feature is still missing before I cancel my Premium membership.

In the Desktop app, you can move songs through your playlists by dragging and dropping them. Just be sure they are not sorted by clicking any of the columns titles (Track, Artist, Album, etc).

At the moment, it's not possible in the web player, or the Android app, but you can vote for this idea and post there so it may be implemented in the future:
