Refresh updated podcast episode

Hello,

I am a podcast producer and have recently started offering my content on Spotify.

There was an issue while uploading our latest episode and as a result the podcast was published incomplete. I have since then updated the mp3 file on our server, but the episode available on Spotify is still the "wrong" shorter version.

I thought if I gave it some time it should refresh, but it's been over a week now and still the short version is being served by Spotify. Is there a way to force the refresh / re-download of the podcast episode?

The RSS xml is here : https://www.parleamonluc.fr/feed/podcast and the problematic file is Episode 5.
