Registration Ads Studio - Problems with NPO VAT number

Hi all,

we are an international operating Non-Profit Organisation based in Germany. We do have an (official non-profit) VAT number, but the format is not accepted during registration for Spotify Ad Studio - is someone able to help?

This is an ongoing issue: I run a charity and we don't have a VAT number at all. I have contacted the ads team at Spotify and nothing yet in terms of help. Seems like it's not easy to promote non-commercial cultural activities
