Reintroduce The "Offline Mode" in-app notice

It seems like suddenly after a "stealth update" of sorts, version 8.9.52.552 of the Android app has seemingly removed the Offline Mode notice near the bottom of the app, above the player. Why? I loved the clarity of whether or not I was in Offline Mode.

I had actually thought the banner not popping up was a bug, but it seems like it's an intentional choice?

If this is a bug, I hope it's patched quickly.
