[Release Radar] Wrong Artists with identical names appear in Release Radar

The Release Radar playlist contains new releases from artists I have no interest in, but have the same name as another artist I am interested in.

For example, this week the artist "fluke" (spotify:artist:1S5arwafkIBA7cK4UQWE8L) appeared in my playlist. 

This artist is nothing like I have ever been interested in.

What I AM interested in is the artist "Fluke" (spotify:artist:2YzUXecwzcOdlJsnpnJfkJ).

It seems that this is a bug with the analytics behind the scenes.
