Today my new Release Radar playlist didnt update in the new web player. The songs from preveious week were listed but it played the new songs! This is likly due to the fact that I dont shutdown my computer at night, I just leave it. It was all fixed by a page refresh.
I don't think it auto refreshes the contents of a playlist when the playlist is updated. Same things happens with the desktop app, for example if you left the new music friday playlist open, the playlist only refreshes if you leave it and then come back when there is an update. The only difference here is that the web player is fetching the latest when you click play, behind the scenes, not realizing that what is displayed hasn't been updated so there is a mismatch to what is playing and what is shown. This is probably happening because of a limitation of the web player.
A refresh like you mentioned should solve the problem.
