Hi! 

1. Reason for complaint: I have been getting Spanish ads the entire day, and im not in Spain or have the app in Spanish. Im Portuguese and everything is in Portuguese and Portugal and I don’t use a VPN.

Hiya, my ads have inexplicably all gone French. I'm in England and when selecting English, the originating country for the language wasn't listed as an option! No UK, GB, or England - I switched to Irish as my nearest geographical country for language and the ads are still French. My region is still English and my phone settings are English (UK). Do you know how to fix this?

• Reason for complaint: This ad continues to pester me after I have downvoted it over 30 times. I had tailored ads turned off, and to fix it, I tried to turn them on... that didn't help either.

Reason for complaint: Ad keeps coming back despite my repeated downvotes, as it is for a show that is offensive to me as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for many, many reasons.

Name of Ad: The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives (Season 2)

Visual/Audio Ad: Audio Ad

Date/Time: 12am May 12th, 6:50pm May 13th, and many more.

Device it appeared on: both my phone and my laptop computer (web version).

I can accept ads, but mix it up at least a little.  The ChuckGPT Fanduel ad is just the latest in a string of ads that get VERY OLD when played at EVERY ad break.  I'm a daily user, but will change to another service if this keeps up.

Reason: This ad is both offensive and much too frequent. No matter how many times I give it a thumbs down and report it, it keeps coming back. I don't want to hear about a show that uses too many harmful stereotypes. It keeps coming back for EVERY SINGLE AD SEGMENT. I am so sick of it.

I really don't know if I can continue using your app after this. Whom ever at specsavers thought fireworks in an audio advert was a good idea deserves a word with themselves.

Some people react quite strongly when things go bang next to them out of the blue. And as an advert they think after making me relive things like that unexpectedly in a public place is going to make me buy their products...

Reason for complaint: Content is deeply offensive and not welcome when I'm trying to listen to music. I hate feeling like I have "get political" on here, but I do not appreciate hearing a Trump ad threatening people to leave my country when I am trying to relax, and knowing that the dislike function for an ad doesn't seem to do anything at all to stop an ad from repeating. It's also just really unpleasant to anyone using Spotify who doesn't believe in that hateful rhetoric. I understand when it is election years and these ads inevitably show up (even if I don't particularly like those either), but this is just ridiculous. 

Name of ad: I don't know the name, and have no desire to seek it out. It's a Trump-endorsed ad with a woman facing the camera and threatening illegal immigrants to leave the country.

I love the wrong language ! 
I absolutely DESPISE ads played at 200% over the podcast hosts’s volume. Almost hit the ditch once. Immediate unfollow and ditch podcast when that happens.
