Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We'd love to help, so we hope you don't mind us moving your post, as this will give us better visibility of the issues you're experiencing.
To confirm, do you still have access to the Spotify account (the one that was previously on Premium) that's connected to your old email address? If so, please try signing in to your account page.
Keep in mind that you should still be able to log in with the registered details and password, despite not having access to the email address inbox at the moment.
Once you're signed in, there are a few different things we'd suggest checking on the account page:
- The registered info: head over to Edit profile to update your email address. This is to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date.
- Payment: go to Order history just to double-check what happened to your Premium subscription. There, you should see if/when the previous subscription ended. It's worth noting that if no payments are shown there, it's possible that you had Premium on another account or paid via a partner (ex. your phone or internet provider).
- Restart the subscription: after checking what happened with the last subscription, you can try resubscribing directly through the Premium page.

Should you be unable to access the account with your email address and password, however, we can also suggest checking if you might have signed up with an additional login method, as there are a few ways to register. For example via your Facebook account, Apple, and Google.
