Resuming playlist or album

When I open a saved playlist or album and press 'play' it starts with track 1...then plays them in order. If I listen to 5 tracks and then switch to another playlist or close spotify but return to the first playlist later...It will start at track 1 again. Is there any way of resuming a playlist from where you left it last time you listened to it? Thanks
