Samsung Smart TV Issues

My smartTV Samsung mod. UE55ES8005UXXE has a problem with playing from my Spotify playlist. Iy Takes some minutes before starting to play, and after different varuations it stops playing-startsagain-stops.After a while it stops completely, and a red stripe on top of the screen tells "error IR:3"
Seconds later the red stripe tell me" There was a problem connecting to Spotify.Please visit lwww.spotify.com/help"
I have tried several times, but without success. Spotify functions perfectly on my iphone and ipad.

Have you tried removing and re-adding the app?

If you can, factory reset settings if re-install wont work. Also make sure you have latest fimewire installed for tv
