Hi,

 

i have a samsung Samrt TV and have used Spotify with no problems for Months. Now all of a sudden it keeps coming up Error Code ID 2 when trying to play anything. have tried uninstalling and re installing it but no joy... HELLP!!!

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

pretty sure all the updates have been carried out on the tv.

Hi @Benny32, we're looking into the Error 2 issue at the moment. Could you let us know a few extra details:

 

 

- Model of TV

- Version of firmware or when you last updated it

- If you noticed the error 2 only after a specific update

- Whether the error is coming up with almost every track you try to play or only every now and again

 

We'll then pass the details onto our team looking into this.

Model is es8000 55
I think the last update was last week.
The error is coming up with every track.

I have exactly the same issue...
I have updated all firm wear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. App recognises my spotify account. Shows playlists and content etc, but will not play a thing. Please help

Do you get any error message when you try to play a track?
