I have used the Spotify app on my Samsung TV for years with minimal issues but for the last week or so it won't let us play anything other than from the home screen. If we try to navigate or search it crashes and you can't press play on anything. The app is fully updated and as it comes pre-loaded we cannot delete it and reinstall. I have logged out and pressed to "forget this account" and now I can't even log back in. I have tried to pair the TV with my account using my phone and it says its done but the TV stays stuck on the code screen. The system seems to have completely crashed. Really annoying no to have this for New Year. Please can someone look into it.
