Samsung TV won't let me log in because "Spotify Premium is required for this device"

A few months ago I got Spotify Premium, everything worked, I logged onto my Samsung TV and didn't have any problems. I've been away for a month, Spotify on my TV logged me out of my account and when I tried to log in again (I definitely used the right username and password) and error message appeared saying that "Spotify Premium is required for this device. Please purchase a Premium Subscription on www.spotify.com". I can listen on my phone without any problems and I also still have premium (it'll get renewed for another month tomorrow). Did anyone have similar problems and found a way to fix it?

I believe it has something to do with the fact that Samsung shut down Spotify services on our tv's two days ago. Major inconvenience. Needs to be fixed right away!
