Says I won the Wendy's premium but never gave me a code?

I played the "Wendy's spotify premium for a month" but I never got the code, so I entered my name and email again and it says "Congrats, looks like you've already won! Redeem your code!" but...it never gave me a code? How do I fix this, and why won't it show my code if I've won?

I guess you should take it up with Wendys. I think the site said "If you’re a winner, you’ll receive a “thank you” screen after submitting your form with information on how to obtain your 1-month Spotify Premium Membership Code. Please note that if you do not receive a thank you notification, you did not win."
