Hola, soy usuaria Premium y comparto mi suscripción con otra persona. No quiero que otros usuarios nos puedan seguir, o al menos quiero bloquear a alguno de los que lo hacen pero no sé cómo hacerlo. ¿Hay alguna opción para ello?

Unfortunately there is no way to stop people from following you or blocking them after they do. You can however make all of your playlists and activity private if you wish (so they will see a blank profile).

Should also point out, account sharing is a breach of the Spotify Terms of Service so it might not be advisable.
