Shared playlist not playing all songs or shuffling properly

My Question or Issue

My boyfriend sent me the URL to a playlist which I have also added songs to, however when I hit shuffle and go to the queue, not all songs are showing in the queue, and the songs aren’t randomly shuffling (playing most of his songs before playing any of my added songs). 

Any help is appreciated 🙂

Thanks for getting in touch!

Instead of hitting the Shuffle Play button. Could you try to pick a random song from the list and toggling the Shuffle on from the Now Playing screen?

Hope that increases the randomness to your listening experience. Let us know what the result is.

In other words, shuffle is broken and always has been for devices. It only loads a small selection of songs.
