Shuffle won't shuffle

So, over the past few months, my Spotify playlists won't shuffle online. It just plays straight down my playlist each time. I try turning shuffle on, off, closing out the web browser, etc. Any ideas on what to do? I don't know how to contact Spotify directly to resolve it...
