Some one else continues to access my account

I have clicked the log off of all devices multiple times but everytime I open my Spotify it tells me it is listen to music on someone's Mac book who I do not know. I am very upset and have tried contacted Spotify multiple times and nothing has been done! I pay every month for premium so I am especially anger over this situation because someone else is getting my commercialess music that I am paying for.

Weird. If you have a Twitter account, you should try and contact them there. That's the only way I've gotten replies from them. @SpotifyCares

Have you found an answer? Seems someone is sharing my account and listening on their iPad, we fight over what we are listening to, and they are able to set up playlists.
