Someone has my Spotify on their Playstation account and I want to remove them

I've never given out my Spotify credentials yet there is someone who is accessing my Spotify via Spotify Connect. I cannot attach my own PSN ID to my Spotify and the only instructions I get is that I need to sign into the PSN profile that is linked to my Spotify (which I have no clue who it is). Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck with some unauthorized user stealing my Spotify to listen on their Playstation?

First, login to your account in the website

See if the email address has been changed and change the password to a more secure one.

If the email address is different, go here, scroll to bottom and start a live chat with a Sony rep.

Tell them your issue then ask them to look up the accounts using the email you gathered.

If they find the PSN ID that has Spotify linked, they can manually unlink it.

Log back into Spotify on your PS3/4 and it should open and work like normal.
