Song on album is greyed out

An album on spotify has one song that is greyed out and unavailable for me to listen to. I know that it is sometimes beyond Spotify's control so I got in contact with the artist and they said the song is working fine for them. I feel like this problem is unique because instead of an entire album not being available just one song out the album is unavailable, it doesn't have any features or anything.

The album is called Wrapped In Plastic by the band Candy, all of the songs are working fine except for the song Talk to You. Once again, I reached out to the artist Candy and they said it was working fine.

Ps. I have a premium account and the problem is on my desktop and phone.
