Song on laptop messing up everything

Hey guys,

I had a bunch of hollywood undead music on my laptop that was also in my spotify library. I accidently renamed a spanish music file I use in video production as background music as Party by Myself by Hollywood undead. The problem is, now no matter what device I'm on, (I use spotify on multiple computers whith windows and linux and my phone and the music file is deleted from my computer. I even have reinstalled windows since this happened) it plays the spanish song, and not party by myself. I've been scratching my head about this for mouths now. Please help, I love this song.
