Spotify frequently deletes my song queue when I try to add songs to it. When I add a new song, nothing shows except "NaN" at the end of the line and the song does not play! This has been an ongoing issue for several months now but is happening more and more frequently. This is just one of several issues!! The app is almost unusable right now!!! Seriously considering moving over to Amazon Music unless this issue is fixed! What am I actually paying for?!! An app that is unusable!!!

Just to double-check, did you already try a thorough (as opposed to a "quick") reinstall of the app? This article features all the related steps you need to follow on your Windows 10. That should do the trick and get everything back in sync the right way.
