Songs damaged like scratches on vinyl

Hi there,

I have the problem that some songs are dameged and sound like a scratched vinyl on all devices (Mac, Iphone, Premium Acount, best quality off&on). For ex. Daniel Porter - Bad Day or Rihanna - American Oxygen always jumping at the same time for micro sec. I made last weekend some new playlists with many new songs and there are many songs with this problem. It seems that there are no quality controls or what's the problem?

I forgot to say that this problem is always at the same position of the songs. just a hint that this has nothing to to with a bad Internet speed
