Sonos speaker does not show up

Sonos speaker does not show up


My Sonos 1 speaker has stoped showing up on the Spotify app. It doesn't show up on my computer (MacBook Air 2015, High Sierra 10.13.6), my iphone 7 ios 13.7, or my partners android phone. However I am able to play music from the Sonos controller. 

I have a family plan, premium account, and I live in Sweden. 


I've tried all of the fixes listed in a post from 2019/05, reauthorizing my account, deleting the app, updating the app, restarting my router etc. Nothing works. 

Please fix this bug.

The troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more. Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue. It's also a good idea to check if the firmware is up-to-date.


If the issue still persists, we'd suggest you try with another account. That way we can see if it's an account-related issue.
