New member here - with a problem. Apologies for starting like this!
An odd one this, but there is one (newish) album that I can't play on Sonos through Spotify; Avicii's "True".
The Sonos app says "Cannot play [song] .... Lost connection to Spotify"
I can play the album through Spotify on PC, mobile, iPad etc. Just not through Sonos.....
I can play everything else through Spotify on Sonos.
I know I'm not alone in this problem from this Sonos forum thread:
http://forums.sonos.com/showthread.php?t=36270
Any help would be welcome as I love the album.
Hey @andersred 🙂
Are you searching for the tracks when this happens or are they in a playlist?
If you are searching for them and they won't play, on your desktop client try following the TRUE playlist and then see if you can play that playlist via Sonos.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the reply. They are in a (Spotify) playlist when this happens.

Strange, what country are you in?

I'm in the UK.
Having a think about it, I don't know enough about how the Sonos integration works to come up with any clever work arounds.
I would suggest you report this as a content issue using the online contact form and the Spotify team can take a closer look.

Thanks Peter - I'll do that.
Appreciate your time.
Spotify is aware of this issue and they are working on a fix.
