My Question or Issue

Sound capsule is not updated since last 2 days . I have reinstalled the app , also updated app with latest version still problem exists.

The sound capsule updates based on your listening activity. Unfortunately that sometimes means that it can take a bit longer than usual to update. You can check back in a few days to see if the new data is there.

spotify sound capsule is not updated since 27th march and I already see the month stats being compared with february

My sound capsule is not working. My region is India and plan is premium individual, not mini. I noticed that the function is available for a year, but haven’t noticed in my app.

Thanks for reaching out and flagging this!

 

This was reported and our tech folks are looking into it, but we heard back from them that this should be fixed. Can you make sure you're running the latest version of the app and let us know if you're still experiencing this?

 

In case the issue persists afterwards, it'd be great if you can let us know when the latest Sound Capsule update was and share the make and model of your device, as well as the Spotify version you're running.

My spotify sound capsule isn't updating. Please dhare trouble zhooting steps or please update it. It's important for me to keep myself updated on this.

The music capsule hasn't been updated since April 14, and the app also freezes when I try to view my profile.

Yes exactly, i need to know, why isn't it getting updated since 3-4 days 😭 😭 

Sound capsule has not been updating since 13th April and it’s the 17th today. I’m currently using and iPhone 14 Pro and I think my Spotify is running on 9.0.32 (probably the latest version because there is no update option on App Store)

Since April 14, my Spotify Sound Capsule has not updated. This seems to be a recurring issue that I've faced before as well. Hope Spotify can repair this ASAP.

 

mines not updating from 14th April. Is this a problem at spotify's end?

Some changes were made backstage, so this should be fixed now. Would you mind double-checking if this is fixed on your side? Make sure you're running the latest Spotify version.

 

If this persist, please send us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • The exact Spotify version you're running there.

It looks like you're not running the latest version of the app. Can you update it to see if that helps? If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache is removed.

My Question or Issue

so for the past month or so, I have been only using my laptop to play any sort of music and I noticed my stats arent updating, the minutes, the artists, nothing as such but the few times I used my phone, the stats were updated

My Question or Issue

I've Spotify premium for years now and I really like this feature as a premium user but my "your sound capsule" is not updating its showing less minutes than usual and my top songs and artists are not updated even if it shows its updated it's happened in April my listening minutes were 5k and usually it's above 10k and I listened much more music in April still it was like that and now in my it's even worse
